Role Overview

This full-time remote position for a Picker Packer entails the careful selection of items from inventory aligned with order specifics, secure packaging of products, and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities include verifying item codes and quantities, labeling packages properly, updating order statuses within management systems, and strictly following standard procedures to ensure consistency and quality.

Additional daily duties cover organizing stock, flagging any discrepancies, and liaising with logistics or warehouse personnel to guarantee timely dispatch. Maintaining a clean and safe workspace, complying with company policies, and achieving productivity and accuracy goals while working independently are also expected.

Key Qualifications

• Ability to precisely pick, pack, and label orders ensuring meticulous attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Basic proficiency with computers and familiarity with inventory or order management software.
• Strong skills in organization and time management, capable of prioritizing several tasks simultaneously.
• Dependability and responsibility in fulfilling daily targets related to productivity, accuracy, and safety.
• Good communication skills with the capability to work effectively both remotely and with on-site colleagues.
• Physical capability to manage packaging tasks including lifting, moving, and packing items as necessary.
• Experience in warehousing, logistics, or fulfillment is advantageous though not required.
