We seek a motivated Picker to join our tmart Department based in the UAE. tmart is focused on revolutionizing grocery shopping with a no-queue, 15-minute delivery service available 24/7, moving customers away from traditional retail and standard e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations tasks to maintain efficient warehouse functioning
• Receive, verify, and process purchase orders and invoices from distribution centers and vendors
• Unpack incoming goods and replenish stock accurately
• Pick and pack products according to online orders efficiently
• Conduct daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas to uphold workplace safety and good housekeeping standards

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school graduate or equivalent
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible work ethic
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Previous experience in retail or service industries is advantageous but not mandatory
