Role Summary

The hospital is looking for a compassionate and experienced Physiotherapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered treatment. The role focuses on evidence-based assessment and management of musculoskeletal conditions, creating personalized rehabilitation plans, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient recovery and overall function.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal problems using evidence-based physiotherapy methods.
• Create individualized therapy plans based on each patient’s condition, functional goals, and general wellbeing.
• Provide hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercises, and structured rehabilitation programs.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, and long-term management of ongoing conditions.
• Record clinical notes accurately, promptly, and in line with EMR documentation standards.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless treatment delivery.
• Track patient improvement and update treatment plans as needed to support the best possible outcomes.
• Support specialized services such as pelvic floor assessment and rehabilitation when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy.
• Valid DOH physiotherapy license or registration.
• Demonstrated experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
• Ability to communicate fluently in both Arabic and English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Comfortable working both independently and within a team-based setting.
• Pelvic floor physiotherapy training or certification is an added advantage.
• Background in private practice or outpatient care will be considered beneficial.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah, Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
