About the Role

Join a rapidly expanding healthcare organization as a Phlebotomist focused on home sample collection. This role involves visiting patients' residences to conduct sample collections and basic health assessments according to scheduled appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits for sample collection and health checkups following the assigned daily schedule.
• Ensure punctuality and complete all visits within the designated timeframe.
• Accurately collect specimens and record necessary data during each visit.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT/CMLT) or Nursing qualification.
• Proven experience using Vacutainer for blood collection.
• Preparedness for frequent fieldwork and daily travel commitments.
• Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle and a smartphone to facilitate mobility and communication.

Work Schedule and Compensation

Work hours are from 5:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Compensation is approximately ₹140 per home visit, with total monthly earnings dependent on the number of visits completed. Higher productivity can lead to earnings up to ₹40,000 per month.
