Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training focused on Personality Development and Soft Skills.
- Coach students on Communication Skills, Confidence Enhancement, Public Speaking, Interview Techniques, Body Language, and Professional Etiquette.
- Facilitate practical exercises including role-playing, group discussions, and mock interviews to reinforce learning.
- Assist students in developing a professional personality to boost employability prospects.
- Design and prepare training materials tailored to meet the needs of learners.
