About the Role

Match Recruitment is partnering with a well-established, family-operated insurance brokerage based in the center of Killarney town, County Kerry, to recruit a Personal Lines Executive. This position focuses on managing insurance portfolios primarily comprising Motor and Home Insurance clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain a portfolio of clients with Motor and Home Insurance policies.
• Manage renewals, handle new policy business, and process mid-term insurance adjustments.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving client queries efficiently.
• Perform duties in an office setting situated within Killarney town.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in a Personal Lines insurance capacity, particularly with Motor and/or Home insurance products.
• Strong communication abilities coupled with excellent customer service skills.
• Possession of or progress toward APA or CIP insurance qualifications is advantageous.
