About the Role

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to develop, oversee, and enhance advertising campaigns primarily on Meta and Google platforms. The aim is to drive superior B2C lead generation and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategize, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
Focus on acquiring high-quality leads and boosting sales through targeted efforts.
Monitor campaign efficiency by tracking Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and minimizing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
Scale marketing initiatives effectively while continuously analyzing campaign data.
Implement data-driven approaches to elevate conversion rates and campaign outcomes.

Qualifications and Eligibility

Applicants should hold at least a graduate degree and possess a solid understanding of digital marketing dynamics, especially in paid media.

Compensation

The position offers an annual salary ranging from 500000 to 1500000 INR.
