People Partner, Workspace

About the Role

Join Google’s People Operations team to transform human resources, supporting the talented Googlers with data-driven people decisions and holistic leadership coaching. As a People Partner for Google Workspace, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders to drive organizational transformation toward an AI-first future, ensuring optimal talent strategy and design for the collaboration and productivity domain.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to Vice Presidents and executive leaders on organizational and people-related matters.
• Provide expertise in areas such as organizational effectiveness, talent and performance management, change management, and leadership coaching.
• Analyze data to uncover root causes of complex challenges and develop actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership to design and implement change initiatives, crafting detailed people plans for large departments.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
• At least 12 years of experience functioning as an HR business partner or generalist supporting tech and non-tech VP-level leaders in global firms.
• Demonstrated experience in workforce planning and organizational design.
• Preferred experience includes areas such as succession planning, performance management, business consulting, compensation and rewards, recognition programs, employee engagement, coaching, talent management, conflict resolution, recruitment, data analysis, and employee relations.
• Proven ability to manage organizational change and work with stakeholders across all levels and teams.
• Management consulting experience serving external clients is an advantage.

Google offers a comprehensive benefits package to eligible U.S employees including:

Compensation ranges from $219,000 to $306,000 annually, plus a 25% target bonus, equity grants, and benefits. Individual pay is based on relevant skills, experience, and education.
