Role Overview
We are on the lookout for a proactive and skilled Temporary People & Culture Coordinator to add value to our energetic team. The role demands meticulous attention, excellent organizational capabilities, and strong interpersonal and communication skills to assist the People & Culture department effectively.
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver full administrative support to our People Operations team, including document preparation and correspondence management.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes such as new hire onboarding—including paperwork, system access setup, and orientation planning—and support offboarding procedures, including system terminations.
- Act as a liaison for employees seeking information on HR policies, benefits, and other related queries, ensuring timely and informative responses or appropriate escalation.
- Engage in various HR projects and initiatives as delegated by the People Operations Team.
Qualifications and Experience
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a human resources-related position.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across all organizational levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate thoughts clearly.
- Proficient in Excel and HRIS platforms.
- Capable of working independently with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and a collaborative team player.

- Initiative: Proactively identifies opportunities to enhance orientation processes and advance cultural initiatives without prompting.
