Position Overview
The Payment Processor role involves managing incoming payments, reconciling transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records for U.S.-based healthcare clients. The role is fully remote but requires alignment with the New York time zone, and frequent communication in fluent English with internal and external teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and document payments received from insurance firms and patients.
- Match payment records to corresponding invoices and services rendered.
- Reconcile daily financial transactions and resolve inconsistencies.
- Maintain updated and precise financial data entries.
- Notify internal stakeholders about payment trends, delays, or unusual activity.
- Work closely with U.S.-based teams to promptly address payment discrepancies.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Exceptional detail orientation and accuracy in processing financial data.
- Proficient English communication skills at B2 level or above.
- Experience in payment processing, accounting, or data entry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Competency with spreadsheets and financial software tools.
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving capabilities.
