Job Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications to clients
- Assist with ambulation and support mobility both indoors and outdoors
- Ensure personal hygiene and assist with daily self-care tasks
- Facilitate routine exercise programs
- Prepare and plan meals considering dietary needs, collaborating with clients when feasible
- Conduct or assist with shopping errands
- Provide light housekeeping and assist with tasks beyond the client's ability
- Offer companionship with a supportive presence
- Report unusual situations or emergencies promptly
- Respond quickly and appropriately in urgent circumstances
Requirements
- Demonstrated passion for caring for others
- Sound knowledge in emergency protocols and first aid response
- Experience with housekeeping and cooking, including adherence to dietary restrictions
- Commitment to health and safety best practices
- Respectful, compassionate, and ethical conduct
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capable of managing time efficiently
- Physical stamina for hands-on patient care
- High school diploma or equivalent
