Role overview

Chapa-De Indian Health is hiring an RN Supervisor in Auburn to provide hands-on clinical leadership, mentor nursing staff, and help deliver excellent patient care. Compensation

The role pays between $52.65 and $60.00 per hour.

Key duties

• Guide the nursing pod team and help maintain coordinated, high-quality care for patients.
• Keep daily clinic operations running smoothly, including pre-visit reviews for new patients, medication checks, planning visit agendas, and patient teaching.
• Support patient care activities such as admission interviews, accurate charting, and efficient patient movement through visits.
• Perform careful medication reconciliation for patients with complex care needs.
• Answer and triage patient phone calls using sound nursing judgment and established clinical practices.

Qualifications

• Active California RN license in good standing.
• At least 2 years of RN experience.
• Current CPR certification.
