About the Role
Join a prestigious global law firm as a Paralegal within their leading Antitrust & Competition practice based in Washington D.C. You will collaborate with distinguished attorneys on high-profile antitrust investigations, merger control cases, regulatory matters, and significant litigation involving some of the largest international corporations.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize, review, retrieve, and produce documents for complex legal matters.
- Support investigations, regulatory proceedings, and antitrust-related litigation.
- Assist in preparing and submitting Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) premerger notification filings, including gathering client data and handling documentation.
- Maintain case files including pleadings, correspondence, discovery materials, and conduct legal research.
- Draft memoranda, prepare exhibit lists, and privilege logs.
- Proofread, edit, and verify citations in legal documents.
- Coordinate with outside litigation support and document review teams to meet deadlines.
- Contribute to trial preparation and provide on-site assistance as necessary.
- Manage databases containing documents, transcripts, and work products.
- Mentor junior paralegals when appropriate.
Candidate Profile
- Four to six years of relevant paralegal or legal support experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience combination.
- Paralegal certification is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in legal research, analytical thinking, and problem solving.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic, deadline-sensitive environment.
- High standards of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.

Compensation
The salary range is $100,000 to $110,000 annually, dependent on experience, supplemented with a comprehensive benefits package.
