Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated para consultant with strong attention to detail and a passion for healthcare to kickstart a career in healthcare recruitment. This role supports our nursing recruitment efforts across areas such as Mental Health, Hospitals, Remote Area Nursing, and Aged Care by assisting the sales team with top-notch administrative and customer support. You will play a key role in connecting exceptional nursing talent with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to recruiters, including compliance, locum and client management, vacancy handling, travel arrangements, accommodation, and timesheet processing.
• Develop and maintain a robust talent pool of contract nurses specialized in Mental Health, Remote Area Nursing, Aged Care, or Hospital settings.
• Foster and maintain strong, professional relationships with candidates to ensure an efficient recruitment process.
• Design and apply effective candidate sourcing strategies through multiple channels such as direct sourcing, advertising, headhunting, referrals, and networking.
• Immerse yourself in contract nursing recruitment and become an expert in the field.
• Manage candidate sourcing activities including writing adverts, handling responses, screening interviews, and creating candidate profiles.
• Collaborate with candidates and clients to thoroughly understand their requirements and build partnerships.
• Document and uphold recruitment support processes that exceed expectations for all stakeholders.
