Position Overview

Mativ's Renfrew facility seeks qualified Packers to join its production workforce. The role involves working 12-hour rotating shifts covering days, nights, and weekends, with an average of 14 days off per month. The position reports directly to the Safety and Production Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Package tape rolls into corrugated boxes following detailed standards.
• Assist machine operators as necessary during production.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic operational issues.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
• Utilize basic computer skills for operational tasks.
• Collaborate effectively within team settings.
• Comply with both oral and written instructions promptly.

Minimum Qualifications

• Completion of Grade 12 education.
• Between 3 to 5 years of validated experience, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing setup.
• Demonstrable skills in mathematics and mechanical reasoning as evaluated through entry assessments.
• Willingness and ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts including days and nights.

• Hourly wage ranging from $21.18 to $21.88.
