Key Responsibilities

• Manage German freight traffic to/from the Nordics and Southern Europe
• Develop and implement strategies that reinforce corporate goals
• Recruit and grow the German organizational team
• Maintain quality control and productivity metrics

• Monitor performance of carriers and subcontractors
