Operations Manager

Overview

We seek a proactive Operations Manager to manage daily operations across our partner farmhouses, resorts, and villas. The role emphasizes frequent site visits, nurturing relationships with property owners, guaranteeing smooth guest arrivals and departures, and upholding exemplary service standards at all locations.

Key Duties

• Conduct regular visits to assigned properties including farmhouses, resorts, and villas.
• Develop and sustain strong connections with property owners and managers.
• Oversee guest check-ins and check-outs to provide a seamless experience.
• Ensure all properties are prepared and guest-ready before bookings.
• Carry out quality inspections to uphold cleanliness, maintenance, and hospitality standards.
• Address guest and owner issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and on-site staff to maintain smooth operations.
• Communicate booking details, guest preferences, and operational updates clearly and accurately.
• Track property availability and ensure operational readiness.
• Compile visit reports and submit daily updates to management.
• Support onboarding of new farmhouses and resorts onto our platform.
• Ensure strict adherence to company standard operating procedures and service quality guidelines.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effectiveness in relationship management and negotiation.
• Capable problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience managing multiple properties and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the designated region.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays when bookings demand.

Compensation

The monthly salary range for this position is between INR 20,000 and INR 30,000.
