Operations Manager

Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Operations Manager at our Riyadh branch to guide and enhance the operational effectiveness, expansion, and strategic progression of a diverse array of startup ventures. The ideal candidate should demonstrate extensive leadership in operations and possess an in-depth understanding of early-stage startup environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise project and operations management activities across the portfolio.
• Lead efforts to improve operational performance within all portfolio startups.
• Create and apply operational procedures and systems to improve efficiency.
• Manage projects ensuring alignment with established goals.
• Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and execute corresponding operational strategies.
• Support founders in business development and sales initiatives to foster growth.
• Assist in investment implementation and monitor the performance of portfolio companies.
• Oversee corporate and strategic relationships, including public relations and communication with partners and investors.
• Initiate and drive activities that generate increased value and improve long-term performance.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of leadership experience in senior roles spanning operations and/or investment sectors, preferably within private equity, holding companies, or diversified groups.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
• Successful history of enhancing performance and driving value creation across multiple business units.
• Strong expertise in deal execution, portfolio governance, and operational leadership.
• Outstanding strategic thinking, financial acumen, and ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
