Peek TV is hiring a full-time Operations Analyst for an entry to mid-level position based in the United States. This role centers on enhancing business operations by leveraging data analysis, refining processes, and monitoring performance metrics to drive operational efficiency and overall business improvement.

Primary Responsibilities

• Examine operational data to detect patterns, inefficiencies, and areas ripe for enhancement.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards.
• Review current business processes and suggest improvements aimed at cost savings and efficiency gains.
• Support initiatives related to process automation, workflow enhancement, and continuous improvement.
• Perform root cause analyses on operational problems and recommend viable solutions.
• Collaborate with various departments including operations, finance, logistics, human resources, and management teams.
• Assist in forecasting, capacity planning, and resource distribution efforts.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date operational data, documentation, and reporting systems.
• Create presentations and reports to aid management's decision-making processes.
• Contribute to the implementation of operational projects and initiatives aimed at boosting performance.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and adherence to organizational standards.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses supporting strategic and day-to-day choices.

Candidate Requirements

• Preferably has experience in fields such as operations, business or data analysis, consulting, finance, or logistics.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly in data manipulation, pivot tables, and report generation.
• Familiarity with analytical platforms like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or comparable tools is advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail and competence working with extensive datasets.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Capability to identify and execute process improvements.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
• Self-motivated and capable of thriving both independently and in team settings within a dynamic work environment.
• Preferred educational qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, or related disciplines.
