Role Overview
- Lead and execute Operational Excellence and Lean projects at the company location.
- Analyze and improve production, logistics, and administrative processes.
- Conduct workshops and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement, enhance, and audit Lean methodologies and standards.
- Develop operational excellence roadmaps and monitor progress on action plans.
- Organize and moderate regular exchanges with OpEx representatives from global sites.
- Promote global knowledge sharing and application of best practices.
- Create, pilot, and deploy global standards and procedures.
- Deliver training and qualify multipliers for operational excellence.
Candidate Profile
- Completed degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production technology, or a related field.
- Several years of professional experience in production, industrial engineering, Lean management, or operational excellence.
- Proven track record in leading improvement and change projects.
- Strong expertise in Lean tools and continuous improvement processes.
- Comfortable working with metrics and data-driven analyses.
- Highly proactive with strong execution capabilities.
- Excellent moderation and communication skills.
- Analytical, methodical, and international mindset and work approach.
- Willingness to undertake frequent travel, including internationally.
- Fluent in German and English.
