Cornerstone Caregiving is the nation's largest privately-held company providing in-home care services. Our mission centers on empowering seniors to age gracefully and with dignity within the comfort of their own homes. As the company continues its nationwide expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Operating Director to lead and grow our Omaha, NE branch, supported by robust corporate training and a network of fellow Operating Directors.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead and independently manage the Omaha branch, receiving comprehensive corporate training and ongoing support.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to position Cornerstone as the leading in-home care provider in the region.
• Establish and maintain strong referral partnerships with hospitals, hospices, senior living facilities, and others.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, staffing, and scheduling to ensure all shifts are fully covered; manage on-call duties and communications among clients, caregivers, and partners.
• Conduct in-home assessments, building solid relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Manage financial aspects of the office including budgeting and monitoring profit and loss accounts.
• Foster a positive workplace culture by motivating and incentivizing the team, establishing high morale and making the office a workplace of choice.
