Online Order Packing Executive

Overview

Doma and Boma Foods seeks an Online Order Packing Executive to manage packing and dispatch of food orders through platforms like Swiggy and Zomato. The individual will ensure orders are packed accurately, maintain food quality, hygiene, and timely dispatch.

Key Duties

• Receive and verify incoming orders from multiple delivery platforms.
• Accurately pack orders following order details precisely.
• Check quality, quantity, and presentation prior to packing.
• Include necessary items such as cutlery, sauces, condiments, tissues, and promotions as applicable.
• Label, seal, and organize orders for pickup by delivery personnel.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to align preparation and dispatch timing.
• Confirm special customer requirements and dietary notes before dispatch.
• Monitor pickup schedules and alert supervisors about any delays.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at packing stations.
• Track packaging supplies inventory and report shortages or damages promptly.
• Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols.
• Support dispatch operations and undertake other delegated tasks.
