Role Overview

The NPI Analyst will be based in the Limerick office and primarily responsible for supporting and enhancing the New Product Introduction (NPI) manufacturing validation workflow, specifically the PRIME (Product Release Integration Management Environment) system. This includes identifying improvement opportunities, developing more sophisticated workflows, and managing related systems and metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive identification and implementation of process improvements across NPI workflows.
• Assist in designing and implementing complex new product workflows.
• Monitor and maintain performance dashboards; support creation of meaningful metrics dashboards.
• Provide insights on integrating and harmonizing peripheral systems associated with new product processes.
• Manage data change requests including Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).
• Address production-related queries and maintain communication with stakeholders.
• Log software bugs and track issues via JIRA.
• Oversee management of Global Operations performer tables.
• Review and resolve system errors to ensure process reliability.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or an equivalent field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in process improvement and change management roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse cultural teams.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates urgency and proactive problem-solving with an ownership mindset.
• Experience with process mapping and root cause analysis techniques.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes is a plus.
