About the Organization
Association Le Parc comprises five medical-social sector establishments. The Residence Robinson, a life home and medicalized reception home, houses thirty residents who live with disabilities accompanied by communication disorders.
Position Details
- Permanent full-time contract
- Starting on September 7, 2026
- Shift hours from 9:45 PM to 7:15 AM
- Work schedule includes one weekend every two weeks
- Employment governed by Collective Agreement 66
- Seniority recognition provided
- Recruitment interviews scheduled for August 20 and 21, 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Support and assist residents in daily living activities, including care and environmental interactions
- Organize and facilitate activities aimed at promoting restful sleep while respecting residents’ rhythms
- Contribute to the development and monitoring of personalized assessments and care plans
- Monitor residents’ health status in collaboration with nursing and medical teams
- Administer medications in the absence of nurses according to nursing instructions and medical prescriptions
- Ensure hygiene and safety of premises and residents, including night-time cleaning of communal areas and offices as per schedule and handling unforeseen messes promptly
- Participate in internal laundry cleaning tasks
- Manage and check inventory of consumables and cleaning products
- Perform security checks, including access control and building safety devices
- Offer reassuring presence to residents during accompaniment

- Competence in operating cleaning equipment
- Compliance with safety, prevention rules, and HACCP standards
- Prompt reporting and responsiveness to any malfunctions or issues

Additional Information
The role requires regular collaboration within a multidisciplinary team to promote autonomy and well-being. The work schedule includes alternating weekend duties and night shifts. The position is physically and mentally engaging and requires a compassionate approach.
