A well-established clinic located in Sydney's Northern Beaches is looking to recruit a committed and skilled Private Practice Physiotherapist for a full-time role. This opportunity allows the physiotherapist to work directly with patients to deliver tailored rehabilitation and care aimed at enhancing recovery and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and devise individualized treatment plans.
• Apply hands-on therapy using various modalities and techniques.
• Develop and instruct prescribed exercises to aid patient mobility and strength recovery.
• Track and record patient progress over the course of treatment.
• Educate patients and their families on ongoing self-care techniques and exercises.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Maintain awareness of the latest developments in physiotherapy and engage in continuous professional growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Physiotherapy.
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Strong skills in communication and interpersonal relations.
• Capability to operate independently and effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
• A dedicated commitment to delivering empathetic, patient-focused care.
