Role Overview

The Motion Designer will be instrumental in defining and amplifying our visual brand identity through static and animated media. This role requires ownership of design projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, user expectations, and business objectives. You will apply expertise in both visual and motion design, proactively organize your work, and lead strategic discussions to recommend and implement design solutions that enhance our brand visibility and engagement.

Primary Responsibilities

• Convert brand attributes, themes, and moods into structured frameworks for static and motion design applications.
• Expand and refine the brand system to maintain uniformity and scalability across all customer interactions.
• Conceptualize and produce engaging motion graphics and animations that vividly convey stories, products, and messages.
• Develop and apply motion design strategies to strengthen brand storytelling and captivate audiences.
• Create comprehensive motion design guidelines and systems to ensure consistency among all motion-related assets.
• Scale motion design by producing educational videos, product explainers, and reusable templates.
• Craft multimedia narratives tailored to various audiences and objectives that represent teams, projects, or products.
• Enhance the website and other digital platforms to effectively communicate our value propositions and brand positioning.
• Design diverse marketing materials, including digital and print advertisements, social media visuals, web assets, email templates, presentations, and promotional merchandise.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure coherent execution of design vision.
• Manage several design projects concurrently, ensuring punctual delivery and excellence in quality.
• Support product design efforts by maintaining visual consistency and brand coherence.
• Contribute to talent acquisition by attracting high-caliber candidates to our dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in professional brand and motion design.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with high deliverable volumes.
• Exceptional attention to detail throughout all design phases, from ideation to execution.
• Portfolio showcasing strong motion and visual design capabilities.
• Effective presentation and storytelling skills.
• Comfortable collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and product teams.
• Proficient in modern design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop) and Figma.
• Willingness to work onsite at the New York office four days per week.

Compensation

The annual salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $185,000. EliseAI’s total remuneration package includes base pay, equity, and a robust benefits suite. Compensation details are tailored based on experience, skills, location, and qualifications assessed during the hiring process.
