Role Overview
The company seeks a Mid-Weight Social Creative to generate and execute compelling creative content for diverse global brands. This role involves ideating and implementing innovative social media campaigns across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, and others. The position requires blending creativity with technical acumen to produce engaging social moments that resonate widely.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and conceptualize bold, campaign-driven creative ideas tailored for various social platforms.
- Craft engaging, platform-specific copy that enhances the campaign's core concept and stimulates audience interaction.
- Manage continuous TikTok content production from brainstorming to scriptwriting, ensuring relevance and brand consistency.
- Deliver both long-term campaign-based and reactive/editorial social content.
- Convey client briefs and brand guidelines into distinct, impactful creative work.
- Work collaboratively with Client Services, Strategy teams, and the in-house Studio to realize creative concepts.
- Encourage clients to embrace more adventurous and unique creative strategies to stand out in competitive social channels.
- Present creative concepts clearly and confidently in both internal and client-facing meetings, inclusive of new business opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of social trends, platform changes, and digital culture to drive campaign success.

- Experience in a social-first agency environment delivering standout creative across multiple platforms and clients.
- Strong passion for social media, cultural trends, creativity, and storytelling.
- In-depth understanding of social platforms, audience behaviors, and the dynamic nature of the social media space.
- Keen awareness of emerging industry trends, cultural events, and new digital formats with ability to innovate accordingly.
- Capability to excel under pressure in a fast-moving agency setting, achieving high-quality creative output despite tight deadlines.
- Exceptional skills in both copywriting and conceptual storytelling spanning large campaigns to catchy short-form captions.
- Detail-oriented with ambitious creativity, consistently pushing for bold, intelligent, and timely work.
