Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on merchandising assistance within retail stores to meet consumer demands.
• Create appealing displays and end caps, as well as rearrange shelving to optimize product visibility and sales impact for both the store and brand suppliers.
• Assist leadership teams by generating reports and supporting training initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrate physical ability to engage in tasks such as moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Possess between one to two years of experience in merchandising or familiarity with planogram implementation.
• Capable of utilizing smartphones or tablets to log daily work activities after shifts.
• Maintain dependable transportation for commuting to and from assigned work locations.
• Be prepared to travel independently within your specified local territory to fulfill job duties.

Work Schedule and Benefits

• Competitive hourly pay ranging from CAD 17.40 to CAD 23.00.
• Availability required from Monday through Thursday with early start times.
