Job Summary

Aihr Enterprises Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Medical Officer in Ahmedabad, Gujarat to join our healthcare team on a full-time basis. The role involves providing primary healthcare services, managing outpatient consultations, and ensuring compliance with medical protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations, diagnose ailments, and manage patient treatment plans in alignment with clinical protocols.
• Prescribe necessary medications and recommend appropriate therapies.
• Oversee outpatient department (OPD) consultations and deliver primary healthcare services.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient medical records and documentation.
• Offer first aid and emergency medical assistance when needed.
• Promote preventive healthcare practices and educate patients on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
• Adhere strictly to all medical guidelines and institutional healthcare policies.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• MBBS, BHMS, or BAMS degree obtained from a recognized medical institution.
• Valid registration with the corresponding Medical Council.
• Strong foundation in clinical knowledge and effective patient management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare team members.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a healthcare environment.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges between 40,000 and 60,000 INR.
