Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time remote Marketing Specialist to join Harmony House. This role entails devising and executing marketing plans to promote meditation and peace-centric programs through various digital channels. Daily responsibilities will include conducting market research, developing and managing marketing campaigns, collaborating with program leaders to ensure aligned messaging, and assessing campaign outcomes to enhance engagement.

The Marketing Specialist will interact with potential and existing participants, assist sales efforts, and maintain a compassionate and consistent brand identity that mirrors Harmony House's mission. The position involves virtual cooperation with the founder and extended team members to schedule promotions, organize marketing calendars, and track key performance indicators.

Qualifications

• Proficient communication and customer service abilities to engage diverse audiences thoughtfully and handle inquiries effectively.
• Strong skills in market research and marketing strategy to identify target demographics, analyze trends, and design impactful outreach plans.
• Experience supporting sales and comprehensive marketing initiatives to facilitate enrollment, lead nurturing, and program promotion across suitable platforms.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools including social media, email campaigns, and basic analytics, alongside content creation skills, is advantageous.
• Capacity to work independently within a remote setting, managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines.
• Interest or knowledge in meditation, mindfulness, or wellness-related services is beneficial.
• A degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
