Marketing Operations Project Coordinator

Position Overview

This role requires full-time onsite engagement at Santa Clara, CA. The Marketing Operations Project Coordinator will play a key role in leading cross-functional projects, managing multiple stakeholders, and advancing physician education, key opinion leader (KOL) engagement, and strategic marketing initiatives within the healthcare or medical device sectors.

Compensation and Contract Details

The position pays $31 to $34 per hour on a W2 basis. The initial contract duration is one year with the potential for extensions depending on client requirements and performance.

Key Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Minimum of two years’ experience managing marketing, communication, or commercial projects.
• Proven ability to handle project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and risks effectively.
• Collaborative experience partnering with departments including Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, Clinical teams, and external parties to coordinate programs and strategic initiatives.
• Industry experience within medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or organizations interacting directly with physicians is essential.
• Preferred experience includes support for KOL programs, physician education, medical conferences, advisory boards, or commercial marketing programs.
