Role Overview
We are looking for a meticulous professional to manage CRM operations and drive digital marketing efforts. This role emphasizes handling customer data, executing marketing campaigns, and coordinating content across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform merge-purge processes to ensure clean and accurate customer databases by eliminating duplicates.
- Design and implement email and SMS campaigns aligned with organizational goals.
- Oversee digital content management across CRM and other marketing channels.
- Assist in segmenting audiences and executing targeted campaigns using CRM tools.
- Track campaign outcomes and prepare fundamental reports with insights.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams during campaign planning and deployment.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Between 5 and 8 years of professional experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or campaign management roles.
- Proficiency with email and SMS marketing platforms alongside CRM software applications.
- Strong knowledge of customer data handling, including segmentation strategies.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred Background
- Prior experience within the fashion or retail sectors.
- Familiarity with catalogue management in fashion or e-commerce contexts.
- Experience with platforms such as CleverTap, WebEngage, MoEngage, or similar tools.
Technical Expertise
Deep understanding of digital marketing, campaign execution, ad serving, digital strategy, and proficiency in LinkedIn and Google advertising, SEO techniques, strategic digital planning, email campaign management, and data analytics.
