Role Overview
We are seeking seasoned marketing professionals to assess the quality of AI system outputs in marketing tasks, establishing clear standards of excellence. The role involves crafting detailed grading guidelines tailored to specific marketing deliverables and rigorously scoring both AI-generated and human work with well-substantiated written explanations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop specific grading frameworks for various marketing outputs such as creative briefs, campaign ideas and presentations, brand positioning and messaging, advertisement copy and scripts, comprehensive campaign strategies, and client-ready decks.
- Evaluate completed work samples from AI and human sources according to established criteria, providing detailed written rationale for each score awarded.
- Ensure scoring decisions are consistent, evidence-based, repeatable, and defendable.
- Incorporate feedback from senior reviewers and promptly iterate to refine evaluation approaches.
Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum of five years' experience in marketing or advertising roles.
- Experience as a creative director, account lead, brand strategist within leading global creative agencies, or as a senior brand marketing professional at top consumer brands.
- Strong expertise in daily marketing practices including authoring and assessing creative briefs, developing multi-channel campaigns, shaping brand positioning and messaging, and critiquing creative work relative to briefs and business goals.
- Exceptional written communication skills enabling clear articulation of why work meets or fails to meet quality standards.
- Highly detail-oriented and consistent, with openness to having judgment reviewed and aligned through peer calibration.
- Additional advantage for candidates with prior experience in AI training, evaluation, or human-data interaction projects.
- No requirement for specialized skills in media planning or measurement.
