About the Role

Our client, a reputable family-owned business specializing in premium outdoor furniture and located in Andover, is looking to hire an experienced Marketing Executive. The role involves planning, developing, and executing engaging marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. The Marketing Executive will manage social media channels, email campaigns, paid advertising, and website content while creating appealing visual materials that highlight products and installations.

Collaborating closely with the Sales Director and the broader sales team, this position supports marketing initiatives aimed at driving business expansion, boosting brand recognition, and generating high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and distribute regular email marketing campaigns using dedicated platforms.
• Create and publish captivating content on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others as needed.
• Develop and oversee a content calendar that aligns with company goals.
• Produce compelling written materials including social media posts, blogs, customer case studies, and promotional content.
• Plan, manage, and optimize paid social media advertisements to enhance engagement, reach, and lead generation.
• Create, oversee, and refine Google Ads campaigns ensuring a strong return on investment and ongoing improvements.
• Analyze marketing campaign data using Google Analytics and advertising platform reports to provide actionable insights.
• Regularly update and maintain website content to keep it accurate, engaging, and SEO-friendly.
• Capture professional photographs and videos of installations, products, projects, and company events for marketing purposes.
• Edit photographic and video content for use across social media, websites, email campaigns, and promotions.
• Maintain consistent branding and messaging throughout all digital and printed marketing materials.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing roles with responsibility for managing digital campaigns.
• Demonstrated success in managing social media advertising campaigns.
• Proven ability to plan and optimize Google Ads campaigns delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Experience in creating and executing email marketing campaigns.
• Strong writing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in producing engaging content across multiple digital channels.
• Good knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing best practices.
• Experienced in using Google Analytics and interpreting marketing performance data.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal skills with confidence in collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.

Additional Information

• Salary range: £35,000 to £40,000 per year.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with flexibility around working hours.
• Office-based position located in Andover.
