Marketing Director

About the Role

Psycle is progressing into a pivotal phase of expansion. With the launch of a new website, the introduction of its first app, and an intensified focus on membership growth, retention, customer relationship management (CRM), and enhancing customer lifetime value, the company requires a highly skilled Marketing Director to oversee the marketing department.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive increases in membership numbers, retention rates, purchase frequency, and overall customer lifetime value.
• Enhance conversion rates from registration to first purchase as well as from first to subsequent purchases.
• Take full ownership of the commercial outcomes of the company’s website and mobile application.
• Develop strategic objectives and performance goals for CRM, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
• Create transparent reporting frameworks that measure acquisition costs, channel effectiveness, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
• Lead and manage teams responsible for brand development, digital marketing, social media, community engagement, and various marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO, senior leadership, and the Board of Directors while reporting directly to the CEO.

Candidate Profile

• At least eight years of professional experience in marketing roles.
• Experience with premium, multi-location consumer businesses.
• Strong background in managing membership, subscription-based, loyalty, or repeat-purchase business models.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams comprising four or more members.
• Relevant industry experience is preferred in sectors such as fitness, hospitality, leisure, beauty, wellness, or retail.
