Role overview

This opportunity is with a U.S.-based manufacturing company in the building materials sector. The division operates across 25 sites and includes cement manufacturing, aggregate production, and precious metals processing. The organization is seeking an experienced procurement leader to strengthen and expand a multi-site purchasing function.

What you will do

The position focuses on building a more effective procurement program across multiple locations. You will partner with maintenance leadership to ensure the timely sourcing of engineered parts, consumables, and smaller equipment used at the sites. The role calls for a strong understanding of international procurement practices, not just domestic sourcing.

Compensation and benefits

The package includes a strong six-figure salary, a bonus plan, and full benefits. Additional benefits include a 401(k) with aggressive company matching, generous PTO, and a bonus structure that has historically paid at roughly double the expected amount.

Qualifications

Candidates should bring at least 10 years of experience in global procurement and supply chain management for engineered parts used in manufacturing equipment. A BS/BA degree is required, and an MBA is preferred.
