Role Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of Advisory Board programs, taking lead responsibility for strategy, production, and on-site management.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to establish objectives, craft agendas, and facilitate impactful executive dialogues.
- Create executive experiences designed to stimulate meaningful conversations, gather insights, and deepen customer connections.
- Support or lead crucial workstreams for Tier 1 events, including executive engagement and stakeholder initiatives.
- Manage event schedules, vendor partnerships, and cross-department coordination ensuring flawless execution.
- Establish and monitor success criteria such as engagement quality, audience composition, business impact, lead capture, and data accuracy.
- Provide post-event analysis and insights to continuously enhance future strategies and program effectiveness.
- Administer budgets for all events, overseeing forecasts, monitoring expenditures, reconciliations, and maintaining financial compliance.
Required Skills and Expertise
- 3 to 5 years of growing experience in event management, brand activations, experiential marketing, or within creative agencies.
- Proven leadership in managing end-to-end event programs with a focus on achieving results.
- Adept at engaging and influencing senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills to effectively prioritize across diverse project streams.
- Capable of blending strategic vision with agile execution in dynamic environments.
- Experience handling budgets, vendor contracts, and venue logistics on a large scale.
- Proficiency with event platforms, registration systems, CRM tools, and collaborative technologies.
- Advanced understanding of artificial intelligence concepts with practical application of AI tools to optimize workflows and enhance operational productivity, alongside awareness of AI risk management and ethical use.
Educational Requirements
A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience is required.

Compensation and Benefits
For U.S.-based candidates, the estimated base salary ranges from $78,800 to $114,200 annually, depending on experience, education, skill level, and location. Incentive compensation is also available.
