Role overview

We are hiring for a Manager in Conduct Supervision for a leading financial institution in Dubai. This is a regulation-focused position that involves oversight of a wide variety of supervised organisations and the chance to help drive major supervisory and market-wide programmes.

What you will do

• Oversee regulated firms through a risk-led supervision approach across several sectors.
• Carry out desk reviews, on-site inspections, and topic-based reviews.
• Examine financial and operational data to spot new risks and suggest the right supervisory response.
• Work with senior contacts to set expectations, discuss findings, and challenge outcomes where needed.
• Contribute to regulatory initiatives, supervisory process development, and broader improvement projects.

Candidate profile

• The role is open to UAEN candidates.
• You should bring 5 to 7+ years of experience in financial services, regulatory supervision, conduct oversight, or risk management.
• You need strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, along with confidence in interpreting data and evaluating risk.
• A sound grasp of regulatory frameworks and risk-based supervision is important.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
• Prior experience dealing with senior leaders in regulated firms will be an advantage.
