Role Overview
We are looking for a Management Development Analyst to become part of our Talent Advisory and Analytics Group. This group centers on three main pillars: talent advisory, strategic workforce insights, and analytics. Using data-centric approaches, it collaborates broadly across M&PDD and HR functions to support informed talent development decisions that enhance business outcomes and promote ongoing growth. As a Center of Excellence (CoE), it also aids internal workforce development and career progression.
This position involves close collaboration with senior corporate executives, senior HR business partners, and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and assess impactful leadership and professional development initiatives, tailored to meet current and future organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on the design, development, management, and evaluation of all departmental products, systems, and processes.
- Use HR analytics to reveal leadership capability gaps, organizational developments, and the effect of learning programs.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align talent strategy with ongoing transformation and growth efforts.
- Suggest and implement best practice solutions for change management based on practical expertise, technical skills, and hands-on experience.
- Serve as a trusted advisor regularly influencing corporate and executive management.
- Measure the return on investment (ROI) and business impact of talent development activities effectively.
- Benchmark industry-leading practices against global organizations.
- Establish and utilize trusted relationships across the organization.
- Assume leadership roles both formally and informally as needed.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Over 15 years of experience in delivering and advancing talent management, assessment, learning, and development solutions.
- Advanced expertise in organizational development, talent management, leadership systems, and the application of data-driven HR analytics.
- Strong communication and influencing abilities with senior internal leaders.
- Demonstrated experience in engaging and presenting to senior external stakeholders.
- Proven track record within large, complex multinational organizations.
- Background in consulting and program management.
