About the Role
Join our poultry processing facility in Carrollton, GA as a Maintenance Technician working hourly with competitive wages starting at $22.47 per hour for the first shift, and $23.97 per hour for second and third shifts.

Primary Responsibilities
- Fabricate, maintain, and test mechanical equipment and machinery components
- Identify machines and parts that require replacement or repair
- Apply shop mathematics to successfully complete job tasks
- Interpret equipment drawings to guide adjustments, maintenance, or repairs
- Respond promptly to production area requests related to mechanical issues
- Collaborate with production management to diagnose and resolve mechanical problems
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
- Execute assigned duties with precision and efficiency in terms of time and resources
Qualifications and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; technical school education preferred
- One to two years of industrial maintenance experience is necessary
- Familiarity with industrial manufacturing equipment
- Competency in general mathematics for job-related calculations
- Ability to read and understand technical documents and mechanical drawings
- Basic knowledge of both standard and metric measurement systems
- Willingness and ability to work designated shifts, including some weekends
