Role Overview

As a Maintenance Technician at Tesco servicing locations around Colchester, Braintree, and nearby areas, you will be instrumental in maintaining safe, efficient, and pleasant store environments for both customers and staff. You will be a key member of a skilled maintenance team tasked with performing planned and on-demand repairs across multiple systems and equipment, ensuring smooth store operations.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

Ideal candidates will bring enthusiasm for maintaining high standards in a maintenance, engineering, or construction setting. Proficiency using digital devices for managing daily tasks and communications is essential.

• Possession of ONC qualification or equivalent.
• Valid full driving license.
• Comprehensive understanding of health and safety protocols.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Competence in Office 365 applications.
• Completion of all relevant technical upskilling training modules.
