We are seeking a Logistics Specialist for a contract position working remotely from anywhere in Latin America. This role focuses on managing and optimizing logistics and supply chain processes to ensure smooth delivery of products and services. Candidates will analyze operational data to find trends, reduce costs, and enhance service quality across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

Create and execute logistics strategies to enhance transportation, warehousing, and distribution networks.
Track and report on main performance metrics such as on-time deliveries, shipment costs, and inventory turnover rates.
Work closely with various teams to align supply chain efforts with overall business goals.
Identify potential risks within the supply chain, including supplier issues and logistic delays, and implement mitigation plans.
Utilize data analysis tools to forecast demand and optimize stock levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in logistics coordination or supply chain planning roles.
Competent in supply chain management software and data visualization applications.
Strong analytical capability to interpret complex data sets to support strategic decision-making.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and external partners.
Preferred knowledge of international shipping regulations and compliance standards.
