Job Overview and Responsibilities

As a Logistics Specialist at AlphaESS Europe based in Eschborn, Germany, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of overseas warehouse preparations to ensure timely outbound shipments. This includes creating delivery documents, managing shipping data within the SAP system, and aligning physical operations with digital records. You will collaborate closely with local European logistics providers and warehouses to arrange transportation, track progress on pickups, and coordinate deliveries to maintain seamless logistics flows.

Handling unexpected logistical challenges such as delays, cargo damage, or shipment errors by communicating effectively with warehouses, freight forwarders, and customers is a critical part of this role. You will also oversee and verify the accuracy of overseas warehouse inventory regularly, allocating stock as needed to meet key order demands, and actively participate in annual physical inventory counts to align with system data.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines.
• Preferably experienced in the energy storage sector or related industries with a background in logistics or supply chain management.
• Highly self-driven and accountable, exhibiting a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Excellent communicator with reliable and proactive work ethics.
• Fluency in English for verbal and written communication; proficiency in German is advantageous.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Experience working with SAP systems such as S/4HANA or ECC is preferred.
