This position involves organizing the event schedule, managing materials, securing room and catering arrangements, and overseeing technical needs. Collaboration across various teams is key to managing on-site activities and providing a flawless experience for participants.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the event timeline.
• Coordinate logistics including materials, venues, catering, and technical setups.
• Work in close partnership with all departments to manage live event operations.
• Ensure smooth functioning during the event for all participants.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong organizational and decision-making capabilities.
