We are seeking a Logistics Officer to serve as the initial point of contact for clients, managing daily activities such as sample drop-offs, shipments, and deliveries with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients dropping off samples and manage sample receipt.
• Record incoming client samples and deliveries systematically.
• Respond promptly and courteously to client phone calls and emails.
• Coordinate courier services and prepare freight for sending.
• Oversee triaging, labeling, and distribution of samples and Chain of Custody documents within set timeframes following client requirements and approved procedures.
• Maintain meticulous records of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Handle manual loads up to 10kg safely.
• Ensure proper sample storage and dispose of samples adhering to safety protocols.
• Operate a forklift to load and unload cages (forklift license preferred but not mandatory).
