Job Overview
We seek a motivated, detail-focused Logistics Data Analyst to bolster our Logistics and Distribution team. This position suits early-career professionals with analytical passion and a desire to build competencies in supply chain management, transportation, distribution, inventory oversight, and financial operations. The chosen candidate will enhance daily logistics workflows by analyzing data, generating reports, managing invoices, coordinating orders, and fostering process improvements. Critical thinking, independent work capability, proactive issue detection, and data-backed operational insight generation are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee logistics activities across various distribution channels.
- Back order management for Amazon FBA, Key Accounts, Robo Shop, and Inter-warehouse Transfers as well as other channels.
- Track shipments, monitor delivery performance, and resolve related concerns.
- Maintain accurate logistics documentation and operational data precision.
- Update and disseminate end-of-month, weekly, and daily performance reports.
- Analyze logistics, transportation, inventory, and distribution datasets to identify patterns, exceptions, and improvement areas.
- Create and maintain dashboards, KPI scorecards, and managerial reports.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analyses supporting business projects and operational decisions.
- Verify data accuracy across multiple information systems.
- Process and audit invoices for transportation, warehousing, and logistics services.
- Reconcile invoices with operational activities and contracted rates.
- Assist financial assessments such as freight cost analysis and reporting.
- Support month-end financial accruals and budget tracking.
- Investigate billing discrepancies and work with vendors and internal stakeholders for resolution.
- Identify and drive automation of manual processes to boost report generation efficiency.
- Assist in developing and maintaining Excel tools and templates.
- Support data extraction, validation, and reporting from various platforms.
- Take part in logistics projects and continuous improvement efforts.
- Handle special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- Collaborate with departments including Logistics, Inventory Control, Finance, Merchandising, Retail Operations, Customer Service, and external partners.
- Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and high professionalism in handling company data.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, or related discipline.
- Between zero to three years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, finance, data analysis, or similar roles.
- Fluent English proficiency in both written and spoken forms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Self-driven with eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
