Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure organizational compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Allocate and schedule daily tasks to subordinate team members, ensuring timely fulfillment of objectives.
• Independently gather and analyze data utilizing specified tools and formats to assist decision-making and reporting.
• Establish and maintain effective internal client relationships to deliver high-quality professional services under senior colleagues' guidance.
• Prepare complex documentation using various software applications, including summarizing data for specialized reports.
• Identify inefficiencies in current processes and contribute to continuous improvement through change management programs.
• Conduct needs assessments to address queries related to existing programs, procedures, and processes.

Educational and Experience Requirements

Requires a Short-Cycle Tertiary Education qualification. Candidates should have between 7 to 12 months of experience with straightforward processes and systems, alongside 4 to 6 months of basic experience coordinating team activities.
