Learning & Development Consultant – Remote

This consultancy position is designed for an experienced Learning & Development professional seeking greater autonomy and impact. You will lead strategic leadership initiatives while enjoying freedom and ownership in your work approach. Responsibilities

• Initiate and engage in professional conversations with individuals interested in personal growth or leadership development.
• Conduct structured introductory and discovery meetings to assess goals, motivation, and readiness for development pathways.
• Guide new participants through onboarding and provide development support via training and mentorship.
• Participate collaboratively in weekly international leadership strategy sessions with experienced professionals.

Requirements

• Minimum seven years of professional experience in learning & development, leadership development, training, coaching, HR, talent development, education, or related people-focused roles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills tailored for senior-level professional interactions.
• Demonstrated passion for facilitating growth and helping others take responsibility for their professional and personal development.
• Ability to work independently with accountability for your activities and outcomes.
• A proactive mindset with a desire for autonomy, innovation, and connecting effort directly to results.
