Key Responsibilities

• Create and deploy innovative leadership and talent development programs aligned with organizational strategy.
• Partner with management teams to conduct talent reviews, succession planning, and 360-degree feedback processes to prepare future leaders.
• Promote a learning culture by establishing feedback mechanisms and mentorship programs across the organization.
• Utilize data analytics to assess talent metrics, measure program outcomes, and inform decision-making.
• Conduct assessments to identify leadership and behavioural skill gaps and develop flexible solutions to address them.
• Manage tools such as psychometric assessments, coaching, and mentoring to facilitate personal and professional growth.
• Lead change initiatives incorporating the latest trends including AI integration and inclusive practices through agile project management.
• Manage relationships with external vendors ensuring quality program delivery within budget and compliance standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least six years of relevant experience; internal candidates with vocational or diploma qualifications must have seven years’ experience.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale talent management and organizational development projects.
• Strong ability to influence and lead projects without direct authority in a multicultural, operational setting.
• Effective presentation and facilitation skills, capable of engaging senior leadership and staff at all levels.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated consultative skills with the ability to build partnerships and influence stakeholders across the organization.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in communication and marketing strategy development for learning and development programs.
• International certifications in training, coaching, mentoring, or facilitation are advantageous.
• Experience within global airlines or large-scale 24/7 operational environments is preferred.
• Degrees in Organisational Psychology or Development or related fields are desirable but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with psychometric and assessment tools such as MBTI, Saville Wave, EQi 2.0, DISC, Insights Discovery, and Belbin Team Roles.
• Exposure to multinational environments is a plus.
