Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least six years of relevant experience; internal candidates with vocational or diploma qualifications must have seven years’ experience.
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale talent management and organizational development projects.
  • Strong ability to influence and lead projects without direct authority in a multicultural, operational setting.
  • Effective presentation and facilitation skills, capable of engaging senior leadership and staff at all levels.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated consultative skills with the ability to build partnerships and influence stakeholders across the organization.

  • Experience in communication and marketing strategy development for learning and development programs.
