Role Overview
This senior role involves leading Riyadh Air's global event initiatives by developing and executing impactful strategies that enhance the brand's premium reputation. The position supports corporate, commercial, and marketing goals through exceptional event experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage large-scale international events including exhibitions, executive engagements, route launches, sponsorship activities, and corporate experiences that position Riyadh Air on the world stage.
- Collaborate closely with departments such as Commercial, Marketing, Brand, Corporate Affairs, airport partners, agencies, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive and premium brand events.
- Develop creative event concepts, oversee complete event delivery and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Manage relationships with agencies and suppliers, ensuring timely and high-quality execution within budget.
- Use market research, audience insights, and performance data to improve event effectiveness, measure ROI, and unlock new growth opportunities.
- Oversee event budgets, implement governance and delivery standards, and introduce innovative tools and best practices to boost operational efficiency and scalability.
Candidate Profile
- Degree-level education with at least 5 years' experience in event management, brand activations, experiential marketing, corporate events, or related fields.
- Proven track record of executing large international events and managing complex stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Strong skills in agency and supplier management along with budget control and full event lifecycle delivery.
- Experience within the aviation, tourism, hospitality, luxury brands, government sectors, or globally recognized organizations is highly advantageous.
